If arrogance and ignorance were people, these two would be siblings.

The cure for stress is humility. Some people think they know everything, but eventually, they realize that every idea is a gift from God, meant to serve others. God has already arranged the teamwork, opportunities, and timing to bring these ideas to life. This is why only a small percentage of people, about 1%, are stress-free, while the remaining 99% are always stressed.

Many people have great ideas but struggle to distinguish between positive pride from achieving a dream and the arrogance that prevents further growth. Today, it's crucial to know when and with whom to share your dreams. Those who succeed and remain humble continue to thrive, while those who let pride take over often falter.

How can you eliminate pride? Train your mind to believe that your only competition is yourself and that you are enough. A peaceful mind values small successes as much as big ones. Surround yourself with people who don't need to flaunt their achievements. These individuals are often the most stress-free and successful.

"Pride is a very dangerous disease that can turn your talent, asset, and achievement into a handicap." - Unknown
"Pride must die in you, or nothing of heaven can live in you." -Andrew Murray

Ignorance is a choice that becomes a part of one's character. To avoid this, address ignorance before it takes root. If you recognize it and do nothing, you are no different from a fool. I call such people "boneheads." They are ignorant not because they don't know right from wrong, but because they choose ignorance to feel better, even when they are wrong. Eventually, time teaches them a harsh lesson. Mentally, it's exhausting and emotionally unsettling, though they may pretend otherwise. Behind the scenes, they question everything like a troubled soul.

"In the age of information, ignorance is a choice." - Donald Miller
" Ignorance is an enemy, even to its owner. Knowledge is a friend, even to its hater. Ignorance hates knowledge because it is too pure. Knowledge fears ignorance because it is too sure." - Sri Chinmay
