There is no end to acquiring new knowledge and information. This applies both to life in general and to individual experiences. As years pass by, you realize that whatever one does or says eventually comes back tenfold, whether good or bad. We always hear that "every day is a chance to try being the best version of yourself," and it's true, but it's not as easy to do as it is to say. I have learned that the more you desire to be good, the harder it becomes to be good. However, if one tries to be accountable every time it is required of them, eventually the so-called best version of oneself starts to show without you being aware of it.
Who is the real enemy? It could be your family, the ones believed to be your in-circle people, or it could be you—yes, you personally. Regarding family, sometimes one can't do anything but take it to God. If one tries to figure out who the enemy is, how to correct the enemy, or what one can do to clean up the mess made by the enemy in the family, one would go mad for sure. Just when you believe the issue is resolved or the enemy is terminated, another new issue or enemy comes up. This goes the same way with your inner circle people.
This video is only 15 minutes to meditate from within, your soul and mind. whether you want to sit straight or lay down on a flat surface. and let your mind rest. start whispering to your mind positively. when you done. breathe in and breathe out 3 times. the relief of the stress in your chest is peacefully beautiful. you will thank yourself that you gave it a try.
Often, an individual finds that they are the problem because of the struggle to adjust their personality to the new level or new path they are set on. They say, "the best enemy is your mindset." Sometimes it might take a while, and for others, it's easy to adjust to new environments or the new lifestyle they chose for their own best. I found that choosing to run things at a slow pace is easy and peaceful because you don't miss any opportunities, whether big or small, instead of rushing. I have learned that mistakes are the best instructor one can have because not only do you learn the lessons, but you also learn them with humbleness.
